Our passion for Cajun and Caribbean cuisine is rooted in the beautiful blend of Louisiana, Puerto Rican, and Dominican cultures that shape our family’s history. We are honored to share our love of food, culture, and tradition with the community. Our story begins with our mother, a proud Louisiana native and Veteran, and our father, a Dominican who moved to Puerto Rico at a young age. We learned the art of cooking and the importance of family from our grandmother, Abuela, our mother, and our tias. For us, food is not just a meal—it’s a way to bring people together and celebrate the rich cultures that have shaped who we are.
